Requirements

You should enter this guide with:

• Knowing at least the username or email you used the last time.
• Access to your email account.
• Optional: A password keeper so you don’t forget your accounts again (like Kaspersky Password Manager or whatever you prefer)

Results

You will leave this guide with:

• All your CNC Online account details recovered (store it somewhere, don’t leave it just to memory)
• OR pointed to creating new account details

Pre-Checks

1. If you have stored your credentials somewhere, just find them and be ready to access them, and skip to Hooking the Game.
2. If you don’t have your old username or don’t even remember the email address you used, or can’t follow this tutorial for any reason, you probably need to skip this tutorial and create a new account through the Creating your CNC details guide.

Instructions

1. Unfortunately, the C&C Online site does not have a forgot my password option, so you need to go to the Revora forum (which is the real login provider on C&C Online) and use their forgot my password option.

2. Fill in either your username or your email address, fill out the security check and proceed. This will ask you to go to your email and check the reset password email they’ve sent you.

   

3. Then use this link in the email to go to the Password Reset page

   

   and click Proceed to confirm the password reset

   

4. You will receive a new automatically generated password in your email, like this:

   

5. Now use your username and this new password to login into your account on the Revora forums.

   

6. And then go to your Account→My Settings, then go to Email & Password to change your password.

   

   

7. Once you changed the password to your liking, go back to C&C:Online and login into your account with your new password.
