Requirements

You should enter this guide with:

• Access to your email account.
• Optional: A password keeper so you don’t forget your accounts (like Kaspersky Password Manager or whatever you prefer)

Results

You will leave this guide with:

• All your CNC Online account details (store it somewhere, don’t leave it just to memory)

Instructions

1. Go to C&C:Online, then go to the Register page and register a Master Account.

   

2. When registering it will ask you to go and verify your Master Account through your email (it won’t work if you don’t)

   

3. On your email, you should receive an email like this, with two links. Click the first one to verify your Master Account. Just ignore the second link, you won’t need it.

   

   You should be taken to a page that confirms it worked, like this:

   

4. Now, login into your Master Account using your registered details.

   

   When you log in for the first time, it will ask you to create your Server Account, which is the account you will use inside the games, it’s kind of an account inside your master account.

   I’d advise filling it with the same username and same password so that you don’t need to remember two accounts.

   

5. When you create your Server Account it should take you to a page like this, showing your Server Account details (omitted my password, of course 🙂):

   

6. Now depending on the game, you will need to use either your email or your username, as indicated in the image above. But use always your Server Password. For Red Alert 3 you should use your email.

For now make sure you NOTED your details so you don’t forget them!

💡 You should **WRITE YOUR DETAILS DOWN** on a password keeper, or somewhere you can always find it, you should note the following:

- Master Account
    - Username
    - Email
    - Password
- Server Account
    - Login Name (could be the same as Master Account Username, like mine)
    - ~~Email will always be the same as Master Account~~
    - Server Password (you could use the same as Master Account if it’s only letters and number)
